1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Wasl (https://wasl.fininov.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wasl. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Permitted Use
Wasl is designed exclusively for legitimate business matchmaking between founders and investors. Users may not use the platform for fraudulent activities or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: misrepresenting their identity or qualifications, uploading false information, harassing other users, attempting to bypass security measures, using the platform for money laundering, or scraping user data.
6. Subscription Plans
Wasl offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. GCC users are billed in USD via Stripe; Maghreb users are billed in DZD via SlickPay.
7. Shariah Compliance
While Wasl provides a Shariah compliance filter, we do not provide formal Islamic finance certification. Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult qualified Islamic finance scholars.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wasl serves as an introduction platform only and is not responsible for the outcome of any investment or business transaction facilitated through our platform. Our liability is limited to subscription amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Wasl reserves the right to terminate or suspend access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or third parties.
