Wasl is a digital matchmaking platform designed to connect startup founders with investors across the MENA region. The platform facilitates introductions and does not constitute financial advice or brokerage services.

Wasl does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. All investment decisions are made solely at the discretion of the parties involved. Wasl is not liable for any financial losses or disputes arising from connections made through the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos displayed on Wasl are the exclusive property of Fininov. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Hosting

The Wasl platform is hosted on a dedicated server running Docker. Data is stored in a self-hosted PostgreSQL database with MinIO object storage. No user data is stored on third-party cloud providers outside the contractual scope.

6. Governing Law

This platform operates under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
